Thinking globally
Although sexual orientation seems to be quite a private topic, it is widely discussed. When going abroad, different rules and regulations might apply for people who identify as LGBT+. This brochure gives a first glance on what to think about laws, cultural norms, attitudes, safety, rights, gender identity, organisations or communities.

- The aim of this leaflet is to promote the safety and wellbeing of LGB&T students and staff by providing guidance and information on issues that may be relevant both when considering work, study or research overseas, or coming to Cambridge.
- You could consider compiling a listing of support services available at your home university in a similar manner.
