Student success is crucial as it fosters the individual’s growth in terms of academic success but also enables the student to find employment after graduation. Academically successful students are likely to have higher self-esteem and as a result they become working members of society. Students, who are organized, supported in their studies and as a result graduate, are likely to carry out being so when they start working. Student success is the key to a working society and as such one of the building blocks of any higher education institute. Being organized, having time management skills, the ability to prioritize and concentrate and most importantly being motivated, foster academic success.
