Walk and Talk

A walking meeting is a meeting held when taking a walk. Walk and talks are ideal for discussing an idea, building on a shared goal, or getting to know each other better. Walking boosts creativity.

When planning a walking meeting take care of:

  1. Group size: keep the number of people attending small, 2-4 participants fits well. Small groups are best suited for this kind of meeting.
  2. You could pair up attendees to make the discussion more productive and encourage everyone to participate. You can ask them to report back on their ideas when everyone is together.
  3. Inform all attendees about your outdoor plans well in advance.
  4. Set up a simple agenda (a list of things you plan to go through).
