Brainstorms for added perspectives

Allowing and asking for a variety of ideas and perspectives will make teaching and learning more inclusive. Ideastorm is one example of encouraging participation and offering all an equal and fair chance to join in.

Ideastorm by Seeds for Change is a tool for sparking creative thinking and helping to quickly gather a large
number of ideas. The  approach is based on asking people to call out all their ideas as fast as possible – without censoring
them. Impractical ideas are also welcome – they can spark more possibilities and perspectives.
